Antonio Jose Guzman and Iva Jankovic founded Atelier GF Workstation in 1995 with the aim of developing innovative multidisciplinary decolonization projects in collaboration with a global network of artists, curators, activists, academics and institutions. The colonial history of textiles, memory and time are central elements in their work. In their vision, in fact, fabrics with ancestral links to the Black Atlantic and the various diasporas reveal an eternal diaspora that has been perpetuated since the dawn of humanity.
