(2024, USA, 130')

Based on extensive research involving Oklahoma law enforcement and active gang members, King Ivory offers a fresh and authentic look into the world of Fentanyl trafficking within the state penitentiary of McAlester, known as “Big Mac.” A hundred times more potent than heroin and almost undetectable during inspections, the drug known as “King Ivory” has flooded the market, triggering a wave of overdoses, crimes, and addictions. The film follows the efforts of a task force to prevent the trafficking run by the Irish mob boss George “Smiley” Greene.
