L’Estro Armonico, Op. III, dedicated to the Grand Prince of Tuscany Ferdinando de’ Medici, is a cycle of twelve concertos for string instruments by Antonio Vivaldi, first published in 1711 in Amsterdam by Estienne Roger, a French-speaking printer, bookseller and music publisher active in the Netherlands. It is the first collection of Vivaldi’s concertos to be published and one of the most influential collections of instrumental music to have seen the light of day in the 18th century.
