Francesca Guccione is an Italian composer, violinist and Moog artist. Always fascinated by the relationship between sound and images, she combines her violin studies with those in Composition for Music Applied to Images, obtaining a Level II Academic Diploma in this discipline with top marks. Her love of travelling and her need to always discover and get to know new realities led her to perform in many cities around the world, including New York, Toronto, Dublin, Berlin and Alexandria. In 2021, she released her first album of neoclassical music, ‘Muqataea’, with the French label Whales Records, featuring the famous cellist and composer Giovanni Sollima as artistic director of the project. Subsequently, several artists from the international scene, such as Robot Koch, Julien Marchal, Hélène Vogelsinger and Throwing Snow, reworked some of the tracks on this album.
