Mario Biondi’s tour will take him to Mestre, at Teatro Toniolo, for a concert that includes all the beautiful auteur songs by celebrated Italian pop stars, arranged and performed by his unmistakable voice. The 2024 concert calendar in town couldn’t have been richer: al the big names in Italian song held amazing concerts, whether in Piazza San Marco, at parks in the Venetian mainland, or at the Toniolo Thetre. The upcoming concert is part of a tour that will touch base throughout the country, soon including date number 100 for the 2023 – 2024 period. Biondi’s piece de resistance, his version of Claudio Baglioni E tu come stai?, is almost 25 years old (the original is from 1978), and Biondi will sing it to accompany Baglioni’s retirement after a glorious, decades-long career.
