Wine lands in Venice and it does so in style, as the magic of this city dictates. From 28 to 30 January 2023, Venice will become the wine center of our country, hosting the first wine Red Carpet for a simply iconic event. An event aimed at operators but also at the public of enthusiasts, with a main nucleus of three days, full of moments of discussion, tastings, presentations and food for thought to outline the next decisive steps in the sector. Wine in Venice was born from the need to tell about wine in a different and current way. The initial idea was to start from virtuous producers, who are already working with a projection towards a different future, who can set an example beyond their size, the number of bottles produced. Rewarding companies that choose to work inspired by the principles of ethics, sustainability, innovation, with free participation in an event of such importance means talking about wine by changing our cultural and analytical paradigms. Tastings, masterclasses, wine talks that enliven the first wine red carpet have the aim of proposing new points of view, which frame wine production in a broader reflection on our way of being in the world, on the role and importance territorial management, respect for the context in which one operates. The focus has shifted to choices that winemakers make from a primary perspective of responsibility. An annual wine manifesto. To ensure that the product becomes more and more a container of emotions and accompanies the lives of consumers. Training, insights, talks, communication, ethics, identity and innovation in a three-day event to guarantee a better future for the sector.
