Art, architecture, photography and design curator at the V&A. He was director of the London Design Biennale and deputy director of the London Design Festival as well as editor of magazines such as “Icon” and the New York publication “Modern Painters”. He has curated exhibitions at Cabinet’s event spaces in Brooklyn, Manifesta 7 in Tyrol, the Arnolfini Gallery in Bristol and the Architecture Association in London. Curator of the exhibition Tropical Modernism: Architecture and Power in West Africa, special project of the Applied Arts Pavilion at the Architecture Biennale 2023.
