It will be a magical evening that combines the wonderful voice of Sara Longo with the evocative sounds of Alvise Seggi’s cello and double bass. Together, we will listen to the Beatles’ memorable songs in a jazz guise, giving a new interpretation to songs that we all know and love. Imagine a double bass, a cello and a voice coming together to bring The Beatles to life, creating jazz and improvisation on unforgettable melodies like Michelle and Imagine. Sara Longo, a talented jazz singer, lives and works between Paris and Venice. He has a long list of performances at prestigious jazz festivals in France, such as Jazz à Vienne, Jazz à Juan, and Samois-sur-Seine. In 2014 he won the prestigious Trophées du Sunset award in Paris. Currently, in addition to performing, Sara teaches singing in Venice and collaborates with some of the best Italian jazz musicians in new and original musical projects. Alvise Seggi is an eclectic and complete artist, with a career full of international collaborations. He has played with world-famous musicians such as Elliott Sharp, Farhan Sabbagh and many others. He has also recorded with various labels and composed music for films and documentaries, thus contributing to the music scene in the Venetian area.
