The Trio Boccherini, on stage at the Toniolo on 27 February, was formed in 2014 in Berlin and is the result of repeated encounters between the artists, as often happens in the musical life of the German capital. Together with the winner of the 2019 Venice Prize, Elia Cecino, they have studied a repertoire dedicated to Beethoven, with This is the colour of my dreams by Alyssa Weinberg in its first Italian performance. Joining the Trio this year is the young pianist Elia Cecinio: born in 2001, winner of numerous international competitions, including the Premio Venezia in 2019 and, recently, Iturbi International Piano Competition in Valencia, James Mottram in Manchester and Ricard Viñes in Lleida.
