Housed at the Russian Pavilion, the Bolivian exhibition presents a chorus of art by some twenty-five artists from Bolivia and other Latin American countries. Bolivia recently adopted a new constitution and declares itself a plurinational state, recognizing the right of all native groups. In this perspective, the exhibition draws from the ancestral wisdom of Andean peoples, blending different narrations to promote a practice of ‘mutual care’ and subvert the legacy of colonialism and violence.
