PASSENGERS IN TRANSIT

Inspired by the stories of Angolan writer Jose Eduardo Agualusa, Passengers in Transit is a multidisciplinary project that explores the challenges of being a foreigner in a global society, delving into individual and collective experiences amidst contemporary issues such as discrimination, global warming, and war. Through the lens of artists who are very different the one from the other, such as Joana Choumali, April Bey, Thandiwe Muriu, Christa David, and Euridice Zaituna Kala, the exhibition invites reflection on issues of identity, gender, memory, and place.
