The Indigenous Screen Office (ISO) is an independent national organization working to finance First Nation filmmaking in Canada. ISO will hold an event at Hotel Excelsior, International Indigenous Funding Models Shaping the Circumpolar Screen Industry, moderated by its CEO Kerry Swanson to explore unique financing models promote dby the Arctic Indigenous Film Fund, the Sámi Film Institue, and by ISO themselves, as well as show the advocacy work carried out by each organization, with a focus on the circumpolar region. Networking will be encouraged after the conference.
