The show, which is musical and at times comical, brings together many of 883’s highly successful songs and video clips (conceived and directed by director Stefano Salvati). Alla ricerca dell’uomo spider is a one-man show, halfway between reality and fiction, with a plot that is both autobiographical and surreal at the same time. It is a fairy tale set in the Middle Ages, in which Mauro from the stage will interact (with the support of artificial intelligence) with himself and Max as they were as boys, before the arrival of the great wave of successes, and with the characters who participated in the birth and career of 883, all projected on the screens with extraordinary visual effects. These include Count Claudio Cecchetto, Baron Fiorello, Prince Jovanotti and Marquis Jerry Scotti. Between moments of comedy and nostalgia, Repetto tells his story and retraces the band’s history, snapshots of timeless moments, with anecdotes and curiosities about the genesis of their greatest successes, singing the hits that have been the soundtrack to entire generations, with a few tributes to artists who have inspired him, and also presenting the audience with one of his unpublished songs.
