Restaurants, cafés, pubs, and inns in Venice will produce Carnevale del Gusto, with dishes, menus, snacks, cocktails inspired by the theme Take Your Time for the Original Signs. Participating establishments will offer fixed-price fare, like the Carnival Egg with squid ink and smoked Angus, a special Negroni with radicchio bitter at La Corte 1462, signature cocktails at Hotel Metropole, and the famous hot cocoa drink at Caffe Florian.
