Christmas atmosphere at the Splendid Venice Hotel with the musical event “Gospel Time,” organized in collaboration with Veneto Jazz. The exclusive event, hosted in one of the city’s finest lounges, showcases American sounds, accompanied by an aperitif, in line with the special hospitality of the Starhotels Group. Protagonist of the evening is singer Josmil Neris, accompanied by Marco Ponchiroli on keyboards and Alvise Seggi on double bass: in the project “Christmas Soul” she immerses us in the festive mood thanks to Christmas classics revisited with freshness in the authentic spirit of black music. Originally from Santo Domingo, Josmil Neris is a singer and songwriter with a rich, enveloping voice, a refined style and a strong stage presence that have led her to perform in Italy and abroad (Florida, France, Germany, Cyprus, Mauritius). She was also a stable chorister with the Hallelujah Gospel Singers, a choir of the renowned American vocal coach Cheryl Porter with whom she had the opportunity to sing in the most exclusive venues in Italy and collaborate with international artists such as Zucchero Fornaciari and Marco Mengoni.
