“Cin” is the evocative name of three mixology evenings that celebrate the summer season in one of the inner courtyards of Ca’ di Dio. In collaboration with important Italian guests from national and international mixing scenes, the bar manager of Alchemia, Marco Vecchiato, offers a selection of new cocktails that combine tradition and contemporary reinterpretations.
For the final appointment, on August 3rd, Andrea Arcaini from Rita’s Tiki Room in Milan presents three signature cocktails from the drink list, including the Patchouli Mulata Daiquiri, made with Cuban rum infused with patchouli, bourbon, cacao liqueur, vanilla liqueur, and lime juice.
