Angelo Branduardi presents a special version of his most famous songs, in a duo with multi-instrumentalist Fabio Valdemarin, his travelling companion for many years now. The performance is based on Angelo’s violin and guitar and Fabio’s ‘small orchestra’, who will play guitars and accordion in addition to the grand piano. Songs will be performed that refer to the music of the most archaic classical period and are part of the Futuro antico collection, which has eight episodes. There will be no shortage of the most famous pieces related to Angelo’s career, but alongside these, some of his rarer, less performed but not forgotten or less loved compositions will be played. His autobiography ‘Confessions of a Malandrino’ was published by La Nave di Teseo.
