Appointment with a foraging session on the island of Sant’Erasmo together with Marco Bravetti, cook and researcher of the gastronomic collective TOCIA !. Participants will be able to immerse themselves in an experience of intimate connection with the landscape through the recognition, collection and convivial tasting of spontaneous plants that characterize the lagoon ecosystem. The event is part of the Convivial Tables. At the crossroads between food and ecology, a food research program created by tba21academy in Venice in collaboration with TOCIA! to discuss the complex links between what we eat and its ecological impact, with particular attention to the effect on water bodies.
