The Etnoborder 2023 review at Laguna Libre starts with this evocative concert. A review promoted by Veneto Jazz which will accompany us until the end of May in various important venues in the city, as well as at the Laguna Libre. The Duo Hana was born from the encounter between the Albanian singer Hersi Matmuja and the lutenist Ilaria Fantin from Vicenza. With the voices, the percussions and the archlute, they create a repertoire that is both sweet, rhythmic and dancing, traveling through the traditional music of the world. The saxophonist Maurizio Camardi joins them for this project for a musical itinerary between Italy, Greece, Turkey, Albania, Spain in which the voice, clear and with a unique timbre, the strings of the archlute and the sounds of the ethnic flutes naturally intertwine.
