An inevitable meeting, written in the natural order of things, which none of the components involved has ever tried to escape, moreover. A collision of the good ones, as if to recall the Big Bang from which everything seems to have started, quite some time ago. On April 1st at the Candiani, on one side we find an “a Tenores” choir, precisely the Tenores “Mialinu” Pira Bitti, a small town in the province of Nuoro, named after the writer Michelangelo “Mialinu” Pira and founded in 1995; on the other a jazz musician, precisely Enzo Favata, saxophonist from Alghero with over thirty years of career and experiences at every geographical and sound latitude, who combines his instrument with five voices immersed in an original soundscape made of polyphonic songs, sounds of saxophone reeds and clarinets, guttural vocals and digital filters of live electronics.
