The Australian violinist and the Polish composer chose Forte Marghera for its symbolic value of interaction between natural and man-made environment, an architecture that changes what’s around it and regulates the flowing of water within. The title refers to English mathematician Augustus Love’s studies on the relationship between Earth and tides, whose principles will interact with the very audience.
