Matteo Mancuso, born in 1996, enfant prodige of the guitar, has played, from an early age, with the greatest Sicilian musicians. He has continued over the years sharing the stage with the Sicily stars and various formations, including the duo with his father Vincenzo Mancuso, with whom he performs a repertoire ranging from Django Reinhardt to contemporary jazz, and the “SNIPS” trio with which he proposes arrangements of standard in a jazzrock key, with Salvatore Lima on drums and Riccardo Oliva on bass. Versatile guitarist, he ranges from classical to electric guitar, on which he has developed a personal executive technique entirely with his fingers, which allows him a very original musical language.
