Eugenio Cesaro is an Italian singer, songwriter, and the frontman of the indie-pop band Eugenio in Via Di Gioia. Born in Turin, he began his musical journey performing as a street artist alongside the early formation of the band, an experience that strongly shaped their collective identity and direct relationship with audiences. Under his leadership, Eugenio in Via Di Gioia has grown from street performances to national recognition, becoming one of the most original acts in the Italian indie-pop scene. Their concerts are known for their energy and participatory spirit, transforming shows into shared experiences that emphasize connection and collective engagement. Beyond music, Cesaro has also been involved in projects and narratives that highlight the role of culture in fostering social and environmental awareness, reinforcing the band’s reputation as a voice for a more conscious and engaged generation. His involvement in the Venice Climate Week 2026 is therefore a natural fit, with this contribution taking place at San Servolo, the site chosen by Gruppo Prada and UNESCO-COI as the first center in Italy entirely dedicated to ocean education.
