Choruses are of fundamental importance in the transmission of Native American cultural heritage and are essential in every aspect of social life. On September 20, the students of chorus, opera, dance, and theatre at the Shenandoah Conservatory, Virginia will present an original musical drama to celebrate and popularize the musical world and cultural heritage of Native American people.

Pieces by composers Dawn leriho and Russell Wallace will be performed by the students’ vocal ensemble under the direction of Ella Marchment in a co-production with the Venice Biennale.
