Wednesday 27 March at the Auditorium of the Candiani Centre last appointment with the cycle 6 suonato? Young Season with a concert by the Klem Quartet. The Klem Quartet won the 2nd edition of the “Pietro Marzani” Competition, dedicated to young string quartets: to participate in the competition the total age of the four members of each quartet must not exceed 110 years and that of the individuals must not exceed 30 years. The programme includes Ludvig van Beethoven’s String Quartet in C minor No. 4 op. 18 and Sergei Prokofiev’s String Quartet in F major No. 2 op. 92. The concert is part of the cycle 6 Played? Young Season: in the morning the musicians will meet students at the Liceo Scientifico Statale Ugo Morin in Mestre.
The Klem Quartet was founded in 2021 as part of the chamber music courses of the International School of Music – Avos Project. It is an eclectic and heterogeneous group made up of four young musicians (Elena Pavoncello violin, Sofia Bandini violin, Carlotta Libonati viola, Lara Biancalana cello), all four of whom are already passionate about chamber music.
