Listen, Venice…, the project presented by Fabrica in conjunction with the Music Biennale 2023, concludes on Thursday, Oct. 26 with free admission with international artists David Rothenberg, an American composer, jazz clarinetist and philosopher, and Jana Winderen, a Norwegian mathematician and chemist, who will give two lectures and immersive experiences on the theme of sound ecology. This will be followed by a concert by David Rothenberg and Asuka Akagawa, a Japanese interdisciplinary artist from Fabrica. The events will take place in the 16th-century Church of Santa Maria dei Derelitti at the Ospedaletto Complex, which will be exceptionally open to the public. At 6 p.m. space for the lecture and sound experience by David Rothenberg; at 7 p.m. lecture and sounds from the world by Jana Winderen; at 8 p.m. No amaro è il tormento live, concert by David Rothenberg and Asuka Akagawa.
