An important exhibition dedicated to Franco-Chinese painter Chu Teh-Chun (1920-2014), one of the protagonists of abstract art alongside Hans Hartung and Helen Frank enthaler. Featuring many exceptional pieces, including one from the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris, the exhibition guides visitors through a series of emblematic paintings created in the period from 1955, the year in which Chu Teh-Chun settled permanently in Paris, close to Western avant-gardes. The exhibition does not take the form of a classic retrospective, and proceeds in reverse chronological order from his most recent works to the earliest ones.
