The protagonist of the third edition of MITICO, the annual artistic project by Belmond in collaboration with Galleria Continua, curated by Hervé Mikaeloff, is Daniel Buren.
Known for creating architectural interpretations of environments through colour and stripes, establishing an absolute interdependence between the object and the place in which it is observed, Buren creates a site-specific piece using the fountain of the Hotel Cipriani to construct a completely new artistic space: an immersive circular structure characterized by coloured windows and doors.
