Produced in partnership with PHOTO ELYSEE and Plateforme 10 – Lausanne, Switzerland, this exhibition, which had the committed support of Fondation Bru, presents the works of Monique Jacot (1934), one of the most important Swiss photographers. Alongside her career as a photojournalist, Jacot has amassed a wide body of work reflecting her artistic explorations. The photographs on display reveal how the artist plays with the figure and its doubles. Through montage and various mirroring effects, Jacot imbues her works with a poetic, almost dreamlike aesthetic.
