The Noise of Black Holes, whose title echoes the presence of distant events capable of determining our existence and disappearance, represents a desperate but necessary attempt to oppose the logic of violence and war. To ensure maximum prominence, the venue for the exhibition and performance, orchestrated by Sarah Revoltella together with nine university students of different nationalities, will be Emergency’s Venice offices. In the performance, the artist subverts the disruptive function of firearms with disarming simplicity, turning them into symbols of weakness and unprecedented fragility.
