TONY CRAGG. OCEAN OF DROPS

Ocean of Drops is the title of a monumental glass work of art by Tony Cragg, one of the most original artists working in contemporary sculpture. Created in Murano, the piece lends its name and theme to the exhibition project, referencing the particular nature of all materials.
Like the other pieces in the exhibition, it recalls the properties of the atoms, molecules, cells, particles and layers that constitute the fundamental internal structures of all materials. Cragg transforms matter and forms into visual organisms capable of questioning our relationship with objects and landscape.
