An astonishing and yet almost unknown page of art of the first half of the 20th century is told through 100 works from Tashkent National Museum and from Nukus Savitsky Museum (The Louvre in the desert) showing the genesis and the development of the Orientalis Avant-garde. An authentic national school that shows its ability to turn Western Europe experiences into an original, multi-ethnic and interdisciplinary language.
