It’s been three hundred years – it’s hard to imagine what Giacomo Casanova would do today. One thing we know for sure: our friend would have had a lot of fun in this 2025 Venice Carnival.
Once again, the Arsenale Carnival Experience returns, the event curated by Molocinque that transforms the vast Tese of the Arsenale into the city’s ultimate nightlife hub. This unique location will host four themed nights, starting with the Grand Opening on February 21, featuring a live show by Mai Dire Goku and a DJ set by Danielino, delivering the best anime and cartoon soundtracks alongside the greatest hits of the ‘90s and 2000s. The dress code? Let your inner otaku shine!
On Saturday, February 22, the atmosphere heats up with Casanova’s Disco, a journey through time and sound that brings the allure of 18th-century Venice back to life, blending artistic performances with world-class DJs at the decks.
Then, on Sunday, March 2, it’s time for Wonderland 2000: dig out your low-rise jeans and butterfly clips because the golden age of pop is making a comeback. The night kicks off with a live show by Greta Silvestri, followed by a non-stop DJ set to keep you dancing until dawn.
As for the Closing Party on Fat Tuesday, March 4, the theme and lineup are still under wraps, but one thing’s for sure — it’ll be the perfect surprise to end the Carnival in style!
And that’s not all… The Tese di San Cristoforo will once again host Perplex, the London-born format that returns for its second year, creating alternative realities where electronic music lovers can step away from traditional clubbing routes and immerse themselves in a whole new experience.
These aren’t just large-scale events — they are fully immersive journeys set in unique locations, transformed into parallel dimensions through cutting-edge creative direction and production.
Two nights bear the Perplex signature: on February 28, the Berlin-based DJ and producer Dixon, a visionary pioneer of electronic music, will take over the decks, alongside Julya Karma from Brooklyn, a ‘shaman’ of the house and techno scene who has conquered dancefloors at cult festivals like Coachella, Cercle Festival, Mayan Warrior, and many more.
Then, on Saturday, March 1, Perplex returns for the grand finale with a super-secret guest, joined by Simone de Kunovich, a key figure in Milan’s party scene and an internationally recognized DJ with sets spanning Berlin, Tel Aviv, Bangkok, New York, Paris, and London.
