Starting from forced migration and land expropriation which took place in South Africa, Quiet Ground reflects on the possibilities of individual and community redemption through art and culture. Centered around a sound installation by the collective MADEYOULOOK and supported by a public program and a series of digital content, the exhibition focuses on the rehabilitation processes of territories where indigenous culture is deeply rooted. The aim is to affirm ideas and practices of belonging and identity reconstruction through listening to the Earth as a portal of resonance against violence and exploitation.
