The Armenian space is an active workshop where, throughout the duration of the Biennale, Zadik Zadikian works together with his assistants. Plaster bricks, produced on site in various scales and pigmentations, are cast, stacked, and continuously rearranged, creating open and changeable structures. Developed from elementary forms and repetitive processes, the practice makes visible the work as it unfolds, reflecting on the production process and on the studio as an open, shared space in constant transformation.
