An investigation into themes of uprooting and the progressive erosion of values takes shape through a monumental approach built on the accumulation of over one hundred suitcases dating back to the early twentieth century. These are accompanied by archival photographs spanning the 25 metres of the main wall, while the sound component is entrusted to an improvisation in A minor composed and performed by the artist himself. Drawing a parallel with religious symbolism, Golgotha becomes a metaphor for the collapse of a system of values, while Resurrection is framed as an uncertain hypothesis, set within a future that is increasingly difficult to imagine.
