With Washwasha, which in Arabic means “whisper,” six artists explore contemporary soundscapes in the UAE as spaces where memory, migration, and transformation accumulate. Through installations and environmental devices, the exhibition connects oral traditions with technologically mediated listening cultures, reflecting on how social and infrastructural changes shape modes of perception and self-representation.
