Sergione, a fifty-year-old tattoo artist and punk legend of Bosco Verde, has kept the rebellion against the bourgeois and mafia culture of Palermo alive since the 1980s. After a brief and unsuccessful stint at a center for for overweight people, he returns to the neighborhood, once again succumbing to his addictions. It is through the life and challenges of this man that Schillaci adds another piece to the portrait of the city, begun with his previous films and documentaries.
