Created by Jasmila Zbanić e Damir Ibrahimović, the series stars Nevena Murtazić, a prosecutor in the middle of a divorce who is also the mother of a seventeen-year-old, Dino. At Dino’s school, a student commits suicide, and Nevena is assigned the investigation. The case is under scrutiny by politicians and the media, and Nevena receives pressure from the victim’s parents while she fights to reveal the school’s secrets, which will see her own child being implicated.
Nermin Hamzagić is a Bosnian director, cinematographer, and screenwriter. He studied at the Sarajevo Academy of Performing Arts and in 2010 he presented his first documentary film, Dreamers, at the Sarajevo Film Festival and the Chicago Film Festival. In 2015, his short movie Kalo won the first prize at Sarajevo. Soul Train (2015) is his first feature film, followed by Full Moon (2019). Hamzagić’s first TV series is I Know Your Soul, co-authored with director Alen Drljević, himself known for Men Don’t Cry (2017), an award-winning feature presented in several international festivals.
