In an isolated Irish village lives Finbar, a former contract killer who becomes involved in a cruel game by a trio of terrorists seeking revenge. The man is looking for redemption but will have to confront his mysterious past and many mistakes. He decides to chase the three criminals in what amounts to a fight against evil. Finbar will have to pay a very dear price.
American director and producer Robert Lorenz was born in Chicago in 1965. As a producer, he often worked with Clint Eastwood (Flags of Our Father, Gran Torino, Changeling, Invictus, Million Dollar Baby, and others). Lorenz has also worked as assistant director in over twenty films. Three of Eastwood’s films Lorenz worked on were nominated at the Oscars for Best Film: Film: Mystic River (2003), Letters from Iwo Jima (2006), and American Sniper (2014). His directorial debut was with Trouble with the Curve of 2012, followed in 2021 by The Marksman.
