An artist, researcher and educator, her work is based on careful study with the aim of critically reinterpreting themes such as colonialism, European imperialism and Italian fascism. Her artistic practice is based on lens-based media – studies focusing on memory and historiographical and archival material. Her preferred medium is video installations intended as hybridizations of documentary films.
