Recognised as one of the leading artists of his generation, from the very beginning he was fascinated and inspired by nature and the symbols of everyday life. Lorenzato created unique paintings inspired by his meticulous observations of everyday objects, depicting landscapes, still lifes and scenes from his neighborhood in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, with the aim of translating his environment through simplified geometric shapes, using artisanal pigments and precise brushstrokes.
