The artistic collective, belonging to the Wichí popula- tions of Argentina, explores and expresses local cultural and natural traditions through their work, investigating the textile traditions and creativity of their community. These creations represent a collective response to the dialectical dynamics between indigenous communities and the broader world, highlighting the individual desire for creative expression. The weaving of textile items from plant fibers such as chaguar is central to Wichí culture, history, and economy.
