In his portraits and figurative work he modulates a schematic style with a strong but never fully envel- oping line, while the shapes acquire a structural character thanks to a rhythmic play of light and shadow. In his work the poetic and the magical create a dramatic and fantastical mythology full of content, which delves into the interiority of human nature and the physiognomy of the landscape.
