Painted flowers on domestic objects, monumental bronzes, and embroidered self-portraits: with the Two Points cycle, the artist charts a journey in seven stages through and beyond the Arsenale, each corresponding to a phase of grief, including the imposing Amalgam (Origin) overlooking the Arsenale basin. The monumental bronze body is adorned with natural elements that unfold into a crown of branches, flowers, and birds. Through these works, the artist reflects on a society that is at once divided and interconnected, and on an existence suspended within a porous threshold between life and death.
