Alpesh Chauhan returns to lead the La Fenice Theater Orchestra in the next appointment of the 2022-2023 Symphony Season. The British maestro, principal guest conductor of the Düsseldorfer Symphoniker Orchestra, associate conductor of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra and music director of the Birmingham Opera Company, will conduct a program of two fascinating compositions, between modernity and classicism, with a tribute to Luciano Berio in the twentieth anniversary of his death: the Ligurian composer will be performed Rendering, ‘restoration’ of the symphonic fragment in D major d 936a by Franz Schubert: followed by the Fifth Symphony in C minor op. 67 by Ludwig van Beethoven.
