At the Malibran Theatre, on October 29 and 30, Dmitry Matvienko will conduct the resident Fenice Theatre Orchestra in a concert that begins with Haydn’s Symphony in D major and follows with Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 1 in G minor, Winter Daydreams. Maestro Matvienko was born in Minsk in 1990, and was awarded the First Prize and the Audience Prize at the latest Malko Competition in Copenhagen.
