Marco Angius returns to the head of the Teatro La Fenice Orchestra in the double concert scheduled at the Malibran Theater on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 June. The maestro, musical and artistic director of the Padua and Veneto Orchestra since 2015, replaces Louis Lortie, who was forced to cancel his engagement due to the persistence of an indisposition caused by a leg injury. The program will vary and will be entirely dedicated to Ludwig van Beethoven: Marco Angius will conduct the Venetian team in the Concerto for violin and orchestra in D major op. 61, with the violinist Giovanni Andrea Zanon engaged in the solo part, and the Symphony n. 2 in D major op. 36.
