The activities of the Ocean Space public and educational program resume in September and the precious collaboration with Cinema Galleggiante – Acque Sconosciute, scheduled from 25 August to 10 September, is renewed. Born from the idea of ​​Edoardo Aruta and Paolo Rosso, the festival brings together a large number of cultural and international organizations such as MoMA, Fondazione Pinault, Peggy Guggenheim Collection, In Between Art Film Foundation and OGR Torino in a film review, and not only, in the waters behind the Giudecca island. On Friday 2 September an evening of screenings will be organized by TBA21 – Academy in collaboration with the Sardegna Film Commission Foundation. On 3 September Ocean Space dedicates a special day to the moving image, hosting a meeting and an animation workshop organized by the Sardegna Film Commission Foundation and organizing three educational workshops for boys and girls from 1 to 3 years old, together with the child educator pedagogist Ornella Carraro, inspired by the current exhibition at the Church of San Lorenzo and with the artist Diana Policarpo. With the new school year upon us, Monday 5 September returns from 10 to 17 at the M9 of Mestre Edu Day, the collective information event dedicated to teachers of all levels to find out about the offer on the educational programs of the cultural institutions of the Region Veneto. Finally, on 9 September at 6 pm in San Francesco della Vigna, space for the seventh appointment of the cycle of itinerant conversations Cohabiting in humidity. Venice as a model for the future? to get to know the herring gull and improve our coexistence with this species so close.
