The appointment with Values in Music, the musical project in collaboration with the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory, is back. The second edition of the festival opens with the piano duo formed by Alessandro Dal Gobbo and Elida Fetahovic and a programme entitled Volkston – In the popular way. The young artists will let us listen to three works from different periods (Baroque, Romanticism and 20th century) linked by an important folk matrix. They begin with contemporary Hungarian composer György Kurtág, continue with Robert Schumann’s Pictures from the East, and end with five pieces by Gyorgy Ligeti.
